1. Introduction
Select Immersive Experiences LLC (“we,” “us,” or “SelectAgent”) operates the SelectAgent platform at selectagent.ai, including our mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create a SelectAgent account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and information about your business (services offered, hours, location, brand personality). This information is used to configure your AI agent.
Telegram Bot Token
You provide a Telegram Bot API token to connect your AI agent to Telegram. This token is stored securely on our servers and is used solely to operate your agent on your behalf.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for billing management.
Agent Configuration
We store the personality profile (SOUL.md), skill selections, and business context you provide during setup. This data powers your AI agent's responses.
Chat Data
Messages exchanged between your customers and your AI agent, as well as messages you send to your agent through our mobile app, are stored to maintain conversation history and improve agent responses.
Usage Data
We collect agent performance metrics including response times, message counts, and uptime statistics to monitor service quality.
Device Information
Our mobile apps may collect device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver service notifications.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the SelectAgent service
- Deploy and manage your AI agent on Telegram
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- Generate your agent's personality profile from your business information
- Send service communications (payment reminders, status alerts, deployment confirmations)
- Monitor agent health and uptime
- Improve our services and develop new features
4. AI Data Processing
SelectAgent uses artificial intelligence to power agent conversations and to generate agent personality profiles during setup. The following data is sent to AI providers:
- Chat messages: When you or your customers send messages to your agent, those messages are sent to AI providers in real-time to generate responses.
- Business information: During setup, the business name, description, services, and personality preferences you provide are sent to AI providers to generate your agent's personality profile (SOUL.md).
AI Providers
We use the following third-party AI services:
- Moonshot AI (Kimi) — Primary AI provider for generating agent responses
- Groq — Fallback AI provider for fast inference
- Together AI — Secondary fallback AI provider
Data Retention by AI Providers
Messages are processed in real-time to generate responses. AI providers process your messages only for the duration of the request and do not persistently store your conversation data beyond the request lifecycle. We do not sell your data to AI providers or any other third parties.
Your Rights Regarding AI Processing
You may request that your data no longer be processed by AI services by canceling your subscription. To request deletion of all data previously processed, email us at help@selectimmersiveexperiences.com.
5. Data Sharing
We share your information with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate the SelectAgent service:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Telegram — Bot API for delivering your agent's messages to customers.
- AI Model Providers (Moonshot AI, Groq, Together AI) — Chat messages are sent to AI providers for generating agent responses. These providers process messages in real-time and do not persistently store your conversation data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
SelectAgent offers subscription plans through multiple payment providers depending on your platform:
- Apple App Store (iOS): Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed by Apple via In-App Purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern In-App Purchase transactions.
- Stripe (Android & Web): Subscriptions purchased through the Android app or our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. You can manage your subscription through the app or by contacting support.
Subscription fees, billing periods, and plan details are displayed before purchase. All plans auto-renew until canceled. Refund policies are governed by the respective payment platform (Apple or Stripe).
7. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your subscription is active.
- Payment failure: If a payment fails, your agent continues running for 3 days (grace period). After 7 days, your agent is suspended. After 30 days without payment, your account data is permanently deleted.
- Voluntary cancellation: Upon cancellation, your agent is deactivated immediately. Account data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, then permanently deleted.
8. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. Your Telegram bot token and API credentials are stored on private, encrypted servers.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your agent configuration and chat history
To exercise these rights, including requesting deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at help@selectimmersiveexperiences.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
10. Children's Privacy
SelectAgent is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of SelectAgent after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
