SelectAgentPrivacy notice.
This notice describes how Select Immersive Experiences LLC handles information for the SelectAgent website and the SelectAgent Verify free early-access preview. Pilot-specific data instructions and retention arrangements are agreed before customer onboarding.
Information you provide.
When you request a pilot or contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your email address, organization and workflow description, plus subsequent correspondence. We use this information to respond, assess fit, prepare a proposed scope and manage the relationship. Do not include credentials, full customer records or sensitive issue content in an inquiry.
For an authorized pilot, verification contracts contain tenant and actor identifiers, connection and repository references, correlation keys and markers, expected issue titles, labels and state, and idempotency information. Results contain timestamps, field-check outcomes, referenced resources, coverage information and integrity hashes. These fields can contain personal or business information when a customer chooses to include it.
Provider data during verification.
The GitHub connector reads authorized provider responses, including issue bodies, to locate a correlation marker and check the declared fields. Full issue bodies are processed transiently and are not stored in verification records. Necessary contract and result fields are stored in the pilot's SQLite database.
We use this information to perform the requested checks, return and retrieve results, diagnose problems and maintain the service. The deterministic verification path does not send records to a general-purpose AI model for judgment. We do not use pilot verification records to train general-purpose AI models. Your calling agent and its providers have their own data practices.
Website and network information.
Cloudflare and hosting infrastructure process technical request information to deliver and protect the site and API. Depending on the request and infrastructure layer, this can include IP address, requested path or URL, timing, status, user-agent information and referrer. Website access logs may include query strings; avoid putting secrets or private records in URLs.
The current Verify website does not install an advertising or application session-analytics tracker. Cloudflare may use cookies or other information for essential security and delivery functions. Its handling is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. The browser workbench uses fictional simulation data and does not connect to your GitHub account.
Service providers and access.
Cloudflare provides edge delivery and protection; VPS infrastructure hosts the application and stored pilot records; GitHub supplies the authorized issue data. Business correspondence is handled through our email service. These providers process information as needed to deliver their respective services. We discuss pilot-specific infrastructure and data-location requirements before onboarding.
Authorized pilot operators administer the service. API permissions restrict access by tenant, actor, connection and repository. Provider credentials remain in restricted server configuration rather than verification responses. We do not sell inquiry or pilot verification information. Reusing customer examples or outcome data for a shared research corpus, publication or a case study requires separate permission.
Retention and deletion.
We review website inquiries as part of managing active conversations and remove information that is no longer needed. You can request review, correction or deletion by contacting us. We may need to confirm your identity or authority and retain records where necessary to meet applicable obligations or resolve an active matter.
Before customer onboarding, we agree retention and handling for verification records. The current backup configuration retains the seven most recent local snapshots; this is not a fixed seven-day period. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove an existing snapshot. Backup handling and any necessary record retention are considered when processing a request. Automated off-host backups remain pending.
Your questions and choices.
Contact the SelectAgent team to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify your organization or the inquiry involved without sending active keys. We assess requests under the circumstances and applicable requirements; this notice does not narrow rights you may have under law.
We update this notice when the service or its information practices change. Material pilot-specific changes will be discussed with the relevant customer rather than treated as permission to expand access to their data.
