Bring the result and its context.
For help with a current preview, email the SelectAgent team. Include your organization, approximate UTC time, the error code or verdict, and a contract or verification ID if available. Describe what you expected using sanitized details.
Do not send API keys, provider tokens, full issue bodies or customer records. Support is handled by the early-access team; no standard response-time commitment is included in the preview.
How do I get access?
Request free early access with a short workflow description. No card is required. After confirming consent, repository scope and data-handling requirements, an operator issues your API key and connection ID. Self-service accounts are not live. The public workbench is synthetic and does not require or grant hosted API access.
Why is my request unauthorized?
Check that your server or local adapter is using the issued key and the correct service URL. A connection or repository must be allowed for that key. Ask the service operator to review the scope if you receive a forbidden response. Never post the key while asking for help; report suspected exposure so it can be revoked.
What should I do with an indeterminate result?
Read the reason and coverage fields. Missing records, an incomplete scan or unavailable provider evidence do not prove the original write failed. Follow the bounded instruction to wait, reverify or restore access. Do not automatically repeat the create operation.
Why did verification return an older timestamp?
Reusing an episode idempotency key returns that episode's stored observation. Use a new key for a fresh observation. Fetching a stored result does not refresh the receiving-system read.
Does a verified issue mean the customer problem is solved?
No. It means the declared issue fields were observed within the reported scope at that time. Customer notification, engineering acceptance and issue resolution are separate outcomes.
How will free usage and credits work?
We plan a recurring free quota with optional usage credits when you need more. Quota metering and credit purchases are not live yet. There is no automatic upgrade or default charge. Requesting access does not create a paid subscription or collect payment details. See free usage and credits for the current plan.
How do I change or end access?
Contact the early-access team to change an authorized connection, revoke a key or stop using the preview. Data-retention and deletion requests are handled under the agreed data instructions and privacy notice. If your organization has a separate signed agreement, its applicable terms continue to govern that engagement.
For security or privacy requests, see the security overview and privacy notice.
