Your claim code was sent to the email you provided during signup. It's a 6-character code (for example SELECT-A1B2C3). Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from SelectAgent. If you still cannot find it, message us at the email below.
During setup you create a bot through Telegram's @BotFather. Open Telegram, search for @BotFather, type /newbot, and follow the prompts. Copy the token Telegram gives you and paste it into the SelectAgent setup. Your AI agent will be live on Telegram within 60 seconds.
Yes. Open your dashboard, go to your agent's profile, and update the personality, tone, and responses. Changes take effect within a few minutes.
If you subscribed through the iOS app, go to Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find SelectAgent, and tap Cancel. If you subscribed through the website, email us at the address below and we will cancel right away. Your AI agent stays active until the end of your current billing period.
First, check that your Telegram bot token is still valid by messaging @BotFather. If the bot is still listed, try sending a message to your bot and wait 30 seconds. If it still does not respond, email us. We will check your agent's status and bring it back online.
Open your dashboard, go to Settings or Billing, and tap Upgrade Plan. You can move from Starter to Business or Executive any time. The new plan takes effect immediately and your billing adjusts automatically.
