SelectAgentWebsite and early-access terms.
SelectAgent is operated by Select Immersive Experiences LLC. These terms describe use of the SelectAgent website and the current Verify private preview. Requesting early access is free and requires no card.
The service and its scope.
SelectAgent Verify checks declared fields in a receiving system and returns a timestamped, scoped observation. The current provider connector covers GitHub issue creation. A verified result describes observable fields at that time; it is not a guarantee of causality, permanent correctness, repository-wide uniqueness or completion of an entire customer task.
Incomplete or unavailable evidence may produce an indeterminate result. No match is not proof that the original write failed. The service does not automatically repeat, reverse or repair provider writes. You remain responsible for deciding and authorizing subsequent workflow actions.
Website demonstrations and access.
The browser workbench is a fictional simulation. Using it or reading the documentation does not create an account or connect a customer system. Hosted API use requires an operator-issued preview key and an authorized connection. The supplied MCP adapter runs locally over stdio and calls the REST API; no hosted remote MCP endpoint is offered.
Free access and planned optional credits.
Submitting the early-access form requests free preview access. It does not charge you, start a subscription or grant repository access. An operator confirms connection scope and data-handling requirements before issuing a key. Self-service account creation is not currently available.
Our planned standard offer includes a recurring free usage quota and optional usage credits for additional verification. Quota metering, credit purchases and self-service billing are not live yet. There is no automatic upgrade, default charge or automatic credit purchase. Any future paid option will state its price and terms before you choose to buy it.
If your organization already has a signed agreement with us, that agreement continues to control the applicable scope, fees, payment, support and cancellation terms. This free-access offer does not silently change an existing agreement. Never send payment-card details or bank credentials through the access request form.
Your authority and credentials.
Use the service only for systems and records you are authorized to access. If acting for an organization, obtain the necessary authority to use the service and configure its connections. Keep API and provider credentials confidential, follow the agreed repository and usage scope, and report suspected exposure promptly.
Do not attempt to bypass authorization, access another tenant's records, overload the service or use it for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted or suspended to address suspected misuse, compromised credentials or an operational security issue. Contact the service operator to review access or restore a valid connection.
Data and confidentiality.
Provide only the information needed for the agreed workflow and ensure that sharing it is authorized. The privacy notice explains current information handling. Connection-specific confidentiality, retention and data-processing instructions are agreed before onboarding. Access to customer data does not grant us a general right to train models on it or publish customer examples.
Operational limits and changes.
Results depend on provider availability, visibility, read limits and the accuracy of the declared contract. The private preview does not include an unstated uptime SLA or a guarantee that every failure can be reconciled. Review the security overview, including the current backup limits, before evaluating the service for your workflow.
You can ask the early-access team to revoke a key, change authorized scope or end preview access. Retention and deletion follow agreed data-handling instructions and the privacy notice. Material changes to an existing signed engagement are handled with that customer; these website terms do not introduce automatic charges or replace its applicable contractual provisions.
